The finca is located only 3 kilometers from Lluchmayor and has a main house and a separate apartment.
The main house
has two bedrooms (one with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with a pellet stove. The covered (fully lockable) terrace invites you to linger, here you can sit outside all year round, have breakfast etc.
The apartment
offers a spacious bedroom with double bed and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, fridge and coffee machine. In front of the apartment there is a small terrace with comfortable seating. All rooms are equipped with radiators.
The pool
can be reached via a staircase, is not heated and measures approximately five by twelve meters. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the pool terrace, and there is also an outside shower and an outside toilet.

Llucmayor is located somewhat inland on the south coast of Mallorca and is geographically the largest municipality on the island. The rural town is often overshadowed by the surrounding glamorous holiday resorts.
Shopping
Llucmayor is a medium-sized city with all the amenities and facilities you need for everyday life. Palma is only 30 minutes away, is easily accessible via the motorway and offers great shopping. From the end of September there will be various festivities in Llucmajor over several weekends, including a large market with local products and handicrafts. The weekly market takes place on Sundays.
In Llucmayor you will find bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, German doctors, a Spanish medical center and much more.
Main attractions
Llucmayor has many historically interesting buildings that indicate the city's rich and varied past. Some of the most notable buildings are the Placa d’Espanya town hall, the 18th-century San Miguel church on Placa Santa Catalina Tomas, the baroque monastery of San Bonaventura, the shoemaker monument at the western city gate and the monument to Jaime III. on the Passeig Jaume III.
There is a remarkable lighthouse near Cap Blanc and the sanctuary 'Santuari de Cura' on the top of Randaberg offers a fabulous view.
Due to the convenient location of Llucmajor, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area.
